Enterprise Mobility: Liability Claims Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Liability Claims Representative to join our team at Enterprise Mobility. As a key member of our Rental Claims Services department, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and handling assigned claims based on their merits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve liability claims, including conducting interviews and gathering information from various sources.
  • Develop and implement strategies for claim resolution, taking into account the complexity and severity of each claim.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including vendors, renters, and claimants, to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
  • Manage and maintain confidential records, files, and correspondence, adhering to established standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of claims experience, preferably in liability claims or risk management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High levels of attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
