We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and streamline the execution of Digital, Social, and CRM campaigns for our esteemed client. This position is crucial in supporting the Account Director and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with retail clients, gaining insights into their objectives and challenges.
  • Manage daily operations, collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client commitments and uphold satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for client support while working with teams to explore new business avenues.
  • Promptly address and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience and prevent future occurrences.
  • Assist the Account Manager in briefing internal teams and provide support during peak periods.
  • Plan resources effectively across teams ahead of each campaign.
  • Ensure adequate time is allocated for teams to deliver high-quality briefs.
  • Engage with third-party suppliers and media owners to clarify deadlines and specifications for each campaign.
  • Maintain up-to-date cost trackers for Digital, OOH, and CRM, communicating regularly with the account team and ensuring cost approvals are secured before project initiation.
  • Ensure timely submission of Purchase Orders by direct reports, particularly ahead of supply deadlines.
  • Flag any issues in advance with the relevant planning manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photographic, print, digital, and design techniques.
  • Background in advertising and media planning.
  • Expertise in the retail marketplace and design/print processes.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data through budget planning and tracking.
  • Experience managing critical paths in project workflows.
  • Implement auditable processes to ensure financial and legal compliance.
  • Demonstrate customer-centric thinking and strong commercial insight.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and identify new opportunities while mitigating potential issues.
