Job Title: Institutional Client Relationship Manager

Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our institutional client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client management experiences to our institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Analyse and resolve complex client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Attend meetings and conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders as required.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge on products, market changes, and compliance requirements.
  5. Lead and coordinate various projects to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  6. Support and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development.
  7. Utilize industry knowledge and experience to provide expert advice to clients.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Mason Blake remains a leader in client service.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a client service role.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Industry qualifications and certifications a plus.
