About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our HR Operations Team as an HR Administrator. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee and partner queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update information within our HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the new joiner and leaver administration process, including completing employment and tenancy references.
  • Take minutes at internal meetings and draft letters and employment contracts as required.
  • Update our intranet HR pages and support the running of the internal payroll process.
  • Process monthly financial rewards on our Reward & Recognition system.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.
