Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee and partner queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update information within our HR systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the new joiner and leaver administration process, including completing employment and tenancy references.
- Take minutes at internal meetings and draft letters and employment contracts as required.
- Update our intranet HR pages and support the running of the internal payroll process.
- Process monthly financial rewards on our Reward & Recognition system.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and partners.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, who is committed to delivering high-quality results.
