Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our Central Services team. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and managing the administration of all HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR inbox and all incoming HR queries from employees and Partners
  • Organise and maintain employee records
  • Maintain and update information within the Firm's HR systems
  • Manage the new joiner and leaver administration
  • Complete employment and tenancy references
  • Take minutes at internal meetings
  • Draft letters and employment contracts
  • Update the Firm's intranet HR pages
  • Support the running of the internal payroll through the provision and format of upload data
  • Complete post payroll actions such as pension uploads
  • Process monthly financial rewards on the Firm's Reward & Recognition system
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision making and strategic planning
  • Assist the wider HR team with key projects
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent user of systems and good level of knowledge in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A team player with a can do attitude
