HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our Central Services team. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and managing the administration of all HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR inbox and all incoming HR queries from employees and Partners
- Organise and maintain employee records
- Maintain and update information within the Firm's HR systems
- Manage the new joiner and leaver administration
- Complete employment and tenancy references
- Take minutes at internal meetings
- Draft letters and employment contracts
- Update the Firm's intranet HR pages
- Support the running of the internal payroll through the provision and format of upload data
- Complete post payroll actions such as pension uploads
- Process monthly financial rewards on the Firm's Reward & Recognition system
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision making and strategic planning
- Assist the wider HR team with key projects
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Competent user of systems and good level of knowledge in Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure
- A team player with a can do attitude
