£37,000 OTE - Guaranteed minimum £29, on a 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern /

As a RAC Recovery Specialist, you will be at the forefront of assisting our members whose vehicles are unable to be repaired on-site. Your role is crucial to RAC, contributing significantly to our ongoing expansion and the provision of outstanding service.

  • You should genuinely enjoy helping others and possess a strong desire to engage with a diverse range of individuals, managing situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • You are comfortable working independently while benefiting from the support of RAC, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to the needs of our operations and, ultimately, our members.
  • A logical thinker with a knack for problem-solving, you can maintain focus on tasks even in potentially hazardous situations.
  • Excellent situational awareness is essential, ensuring both your safety and that of our members, to reduce the risk of accidents or injuries.
  • You will possess outstanding vehicle handling capabilities and enjoy driving in various conditions.
  • A full driving category C driving licence (HGV 2) is required, along with a Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification and your digital drivers/tachograph card.
