As an Insolvency Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of corporate cases, working closely with our Senior Management team to achieve exceptional results. Your key duties will include:
- Leading on complex cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Liaising with Directors to provide expert guidance and support
- Collaborating with Solicitors to obtain critical legal advice on key issues
- Responding promptly to formal communications, maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
- Attending critical meetings with creditors and shareholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Preparing comprehensive statements of affairs and estimated outcome statements
- Monitoring job progress and costs, allocating resources effectively
- Identifying and mitigating risk issues, escalating concerns to management
To succeed in this role, you'll require a minimum of 18 months of insolvency experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
