About the Role:
The Product Control team at Eximius Finance is responsible for overseeing the production of profit and loss statements, monthly net asset value finalization, and core controls. As a Product Control Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the team's work, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the P&L production, monthly NAV finalization, and core controls
- Own and lead process improvement projects
- Engage with Front office stakeholders, Portfolio Managers, and Traders
- Collaborate with IPV, Risk, Operations, and COO teams
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Controller at a major bank or hedge fund
- Experience of the London market with right to work in the UK
- Direct involvement in strategic change initiatives
- Strong understanding of robust control environments
- Significant experience in Emerging Markets
- Ability to demonstrate significant experience of managing a team
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of common visualization tools, ETL tools, and/or Python
- Exposure to more than one asset class
- Understanding of Valuation control/IPV processes and of NAV accounting
- Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.)
- Strong academic qualifications
