Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet production demands without overstocking.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the shop floor.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage a small team, providing training, guidance, and performance management as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a stores or inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CNC machining and engineering components is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
