The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of implementing successful continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
