Job Summary
North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our teams at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work as part of the Centralised Outpatient team and will focus attention on development of specific speciality competencies required to meet the service need.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support specialist areas within Centralised Outpatients with the competency based skills required for the specialty.
  2. Provide patient centred care aligned with the Trust vision and Nursing and Midwifery strategy.
  3. Support a continuously improving service, in line with the clinical governance framework, Trust objectives and the NHS Performance framework including digital technology.
  4. Continually develop professionally to ensure the post holder has the appropriate level of skill, knowledge and competence to meet the service/specialty requirements.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe department.
  6. Contribute to managing stock levels and ordering stock appropriately.
  7. Maintain effective communication with patients, carers, relatives and staff.
