Key Responsibilities:
  • Support specialist areas within Centralised Outpatients with competency-based skills required for the specialty.
  • Promote and deliver patient-centered care aligned with the Trust's vision and Nursing and Midwifery strategy.
  • Support a continuously improving service, in line with the clinical governance framework, Trust objectives, and the NHS Performance framework, including digital technology.
  • Continually develop professionally to ensure the post holder has the appropriate level of skill, knowledge, and competence to meet the service/specialty requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and safe department.
  • Contribute to managing stock levels and ordering stock appropriately.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, carers, relatives, and staff.
Requirements:
  • NVQ 3 or equivalent in health care related subject.
  • Care Certificate.
