Job Title: Night Shift Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Caregiver to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs of our young residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support and care to young people with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Assist with daily routines, including medication administration, personal care, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
