Job Title: Night Shift Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Support Worker to join our team at SuperCare Residential. As a Night Shift Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities in our residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Care: Provide emotional and practical support to children with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the health and safety of children in our care, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as recording information and maintaining accurate records.
  • Household Responsibilities: Assist with household chores, ensuring the home is clean and safe for residents.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to provide a high-quality service, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Experience working with children with learning disabilities, preferably in a residential care setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Compassionate, patient, and understanding, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
