About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Integration Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our partners to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for our population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our integration strategy, working closely with our partners to ensure effective delivery of our programmes of work.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including healthcare providers, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Work with our stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our business plans and budgets, and to the monitoring and evaluation of our programmes of work.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our partners, including advice on project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of working in a partnership development role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience of project management, including budgeting, planning, and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector, including the NHS and local authorities.
