Key Responsibilities: As the Strategic Partnerships Manager in our Ipswich branch, you will cultivate significant relationships with a select group of key brokers. You will be responsible for driving profitable business growth and will develop and sustain a pipeline of new business prospects. Additionally, you will plan, forecast, and establish operational objectives, contributing to the realization of AXA Commercial's strategic development agenda.

Candidate Profile

Desired Qualifications:

Proven sales and negotiation capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a target-driven environment – essential. Background in Technical Insurance or Financial Services within a consumer-focused setting – preferred. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Understanding of underwriting and risk management principles. Experience in mid-market knowledge and generation. ACII qualification or equivalent – advantageous.

To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

This position is classified as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD framework, which entails that the successful candidate will undergo background screening every four years, along with an annual declaration in interim years.
