Key Accountabilities

As an Integration Developer at ISG, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust and scalable integration solutions using Azure Integration Services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning and Design: Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions that meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Advanced Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand complex integration requirements and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
  • Expert Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop and maintain sophisticated data mappings, transformation logic, and integration workflows between core applications.
  • Comprehensive Integration Testing: Develop and oversee the execution of rigorous integration testing plans to ensure data flows and processes function correctly.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability and performance of integration solutions by implementing best practices for monitoring, logging, and error handling.
  • Troubleshooting and Advanced Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, including complex and critical incidents.
  • Complete Documentation: Maintain concise and up-to-date documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay current with the latest Azure technologies and integration best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance integration solutions and streamline processes.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong Experience with Azure Integration Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Strong Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Data Exchange Formats: Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML.
  • Experience with ERP Systems: Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong Proficiency in Programming and Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as C#, Python, or PowerShell.
Preferred Experience

The following experience is highly desirable:

  • Proven Experience as an AppOps Engineer: Proven experience as an AppOps Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to support, improve, and implement complex business applications.
  • Azure Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate and/or Azure Solutions Architect.
