Integration Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Integration Partnership Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our partners to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for our population.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our integration strategy, working closely with our partners to ensure effective delivery of our programmes of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including healthcare providers, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Work with our community and community representatives to understand the challenges and issues facing our population, and to ensure that our strategy development and service delivery are informed by their needs.
- Support the development of our local Connect strategy, working with our partners to ensure that it is aligned with our integration strategy and meets the needs of our population.
- Work with our Programme Boards and associated INT activities to ensure that our programmes of work are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Experience of complex stakeholder engagement and partnership working.
- Knowledge of health service management, including change management.
- Experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment.
- Experience of managing risks and reporting.
- Experience of delivering and managing competing demands in a time-constrained environment, both personally and through a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience of partnership working and ability to develop sustainable relationships with key bodies and individuals.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders from various backgrounds with individual organisational agendas.
