Job Title: Regional Service Manager

Rotork PLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for driving strong aftermarket service delivery across the North EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional service business strategy and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams to ensure quality service solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in strategic planning, support budget development, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers, and oversee projects within the Service Department.
Requirements:
  • Technical degree or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position with a proven record of success.
  • Proficiency in management skills, project management, and site team management.
  • IT proficiency, including service software and Microsoft Office applications.
