Job Description

This is a critical role responsible for driving strong aftermarket service delivery across the North EMEA region. You will oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams to develop a regional service business strategy and budgets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Site Services, you will have 4 reports and together you will tackle regional objectives and drive business growth. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities; from ensuring quality service solutions and customer satisfaction to driving adoption and compliance with global services tools and safety programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a regional service business strategy and budgets
  • Oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams
  • Ensure quality service solutions and customer satisfaction
  • Drive adoption and compliance with global services tools and safety programs
  • Provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers
  • Oversee projects within the Service Department
Requirements
  • Technical degree or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position with a proven record of success
  • Proficiency in management skills, project management, and site team management
  • IT proficiency, including service software and Microsoft Office applications
