Job Title: Regional Service Manager

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Manager to lead our service sales and delivery efforts across the North EMEA region.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a regional service business strategy, driving strong aftermarket service delivery, and overseeing a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional service business strategy and budgets
  • Oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams
  • Drive strong aftermarket service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Engage in strategic planning and support budget development
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers
  • Oversee projects within the Service Department
Requirements
  • Technical degree or relevant qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position with a proven record of success
  • Proficiency in management skills, project management, and site team management
  • IT proficiency, including service software and Microsoft Office applications
