Job Description

We're seeking a Global E-commerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital and e-commerce team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Norgine and unlocking the potential of our omnichannel sales activation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a clear e-commerce roadmap for Europe and Australia/New Zealand, with a focus on achieving sales and market share growth.
  • Lead efforts to achieve profitable e-commerce sales and market share growth, ensuring compliance with internal and external healthcare regulatory rules.
  • Manage data to understand shopper needs, competitors online, and size of prize, measuring and reporting on sales and market share performance.
  • Integrate e-commerce operations and management within the organization, driving e-commerce profile and visibility within the business.
  • Upskill teams in markets and internal capabilities/tools selection to drive optimum performance.
  • Develop best-in-class e-commerce content and experiences across online sales models, maximizing conversions to buy.
  • Centralize e-commerce operations development and implementation with global functions, leading and orchestrating partner agencies and local market brand leads.
  • Lead e-commerce innovation and AI tools for ongoing optimization and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital, E-commerce, Online Media, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Performance and results-oriented with a strong focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to drive significant change/transformation in the organization with speed and agility.
  • International experience essential, with initial focus on Europe; working in multinational/complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in e-retail advertisement, digital marketing, brand management, digital/e-commerce measurement & KPIs, management in a highly regulated environment (Healthcare).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable online sales and market results.
  • Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital and e-commerce marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management and influence at all levels within the organization.
