At NRG, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our HR Central Services division. This exciting opportunity allows you to support various areas within HR and enhance your skills and experience in different generalist HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice on HR matters, including performance management, payroll policies, and absence management
* Collaborate with the HR Advisor to help them grow their knowledge and role
* Assist with the implementation of a new HR system and support its development
* Promote wellbeing and diversity and equality policies
* Support senior managers to ensure best practices and effectively manage relationships
* Perform generalist HR duties as needed
