We are seeking an experienced Credit Control and Administration Specialist to join our team at membershipbespoke. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, processing invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the sales ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Investigate and resolve queries related to non-payment of invoices, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Assist the Senior Manager with membership suspensions due to non-payment, and reinstate members when payment is received.
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement effective credit control strategies.
  • Utilize Dynamics 365, Xero, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in sales ledger administration, with a strong understanding of credit control principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365, Xero, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
