Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity is available with Leaflike as a full-time or part-time plant technician - maintaining both interior and exterior plants at premium client venues.

A very rewarding and interesting role in varied environments, including traveling within the UK and regularly into London. Must have a clean driving license and be comfortable driving into and around London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plant maintenance tasks, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
  • Ensure plants are healthy and thriving in interior and exterior environments.
  • Travel to client venues to maintain plants and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Take initiative to find solutions to problems and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous plant maintenance experience is required.
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player and contributor.
  • Willingness and reliability to work alone or as a team and preparedness to start early.
  • Clean license and driving in and around London.
  • Willingness and a can-do attitude to go the extra mile at any opportunity to satisfy the customer's needs.
  • Prepared to adapt to change to ensure we continue to serve and meet customers' needs.
  • Take responsibility for executing jobs to assist the management team and have the initiative to find solutions to problems.
  • Take a proactive approach to jobs in hand and ensure a high level of service to our clients.
  • Experience and an eye for detail with plant maintenance and ensuring planting is looking great at all times.
  • Must align with team core values - Willingness, Integrity, Teamwork, and Respect.
