Job Title: Horticultural Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a high level of plant health and appearance at our client venues.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Adapting to changing situations and finding solutions to problems.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in line with our company's values and policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in plant maintenance and care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A clean driving license and ability to drive in and around London.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
