Job Title: Horticultural Maintenance Technician

At Leaflike, we're seeking a skilled Horticultural Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our interior and exterior plants at premium client venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular plant maintenance tasks, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
  • Monitor plant health and take corrective action as needed.
  • Collaborate with our design team to ensure plants are integrated into our biophilic designs.
  • Develop and implement plant care plans to ensure optimal plant health and appearance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of plant biology and horticulture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive in and around London.
