Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Horticultural Maintenance Technician to join our team at Leaflike.

As a Horticultural Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior plants at premium client venues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain high-quality plant displays and ensure they are looking great at all times
* Conduct regular plant health checks and provide recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plant maintenance plans
* Ensure all plant maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

* Previous experience in plant maintenance is required
* Positive and enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Clean driving license and ability to drive in and around London
* Willingness to work alone or as part of a team and preparedness to start early
