Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Horticultural Maintenance Technician to join our team at Leaflike, a leading innovator in biophilic design. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior plants at premium client venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional plant maintenance services to ensure our clients' spaces are always looking their best.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in horticulture to continuously improve our services.
  • Contribute to the development of new designs and concepts that showcase the power of biophilic design.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in plant maintenance or a related field is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A clean driving license and ability to travel within the UK and regularly into London.
  • A passion for horticulture and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
