Dynamic Floor Operations Manager

Job Summary
Dorsett City London is a leading hotel choice for business and leisure travelers, offering stylish and contemporary accommodation for discerning guests. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic Housekeeping Team, responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, back of house, and public areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct room attendants and porters to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Supervise work assignments and distribute tasks efficiently.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Motivate the team and foster a respectful rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate with reception to ensure a smooth flow of serviced guest rooms.
- Report maintenance issues and defects to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure soft furnishings and décor meet standards, reporting defects or special cleaning needs.
- Conduct training sessions as needed.
- Hold daily briefings with the team.
- Working knowledge of Opera is desirable.
