HC Facility Management Limited is seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the quality of rooms and ensure high standards are met.
- Support the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
- Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
**Requirements:**
