Job Title: Asset Finance Administrator

Location: The Arkley Care Home, Barnet Rd, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3LJ

Salary: Up to £26,517 per annum

Contract: Permanent 40 hour contract

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at The Arkley Care Home. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing debt, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales ledgers and credit control.
  2. Manage debt and ensure timely payment from residents and their families.
  3. Liaise with local authorities and health services to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with financial regulations.
  4. Process employee and payroll-related information, including salary payments and benefits.
  5. Support the Home Manager in maintaining well-organized filing systems and providing administrative support.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting.
  2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
