Salary: Up to £26,517 per annum
Contract: Permanent 40 hour contract
Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at The Arkley Care Home. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining robust and accurate financial administration processes to ensure the smooth running of the Care Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
- Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage debt collection and reconciliation processes
- Process employee and payroll related information
- Provide administrative support to the Home Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting
- Experience in sales ledger and credit control with an understanding of financial billing systems and debt management practices
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Caring attitude underpinning the work that you do
