Salary: Up to £26,517 per annum
Contract: Permanent 40 hour contract
Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at The Arkley Care Home. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing debt, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales ledgers and credit control.
- Manage debt and ensure timely payment from residents and external parties.
- Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with financial regulations.
- Process employee and payroll-related information.
- Support the Home Manager with administrative tasks and maintain well-organized filing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting.
- Experience in sales ledger and credit control, with knowledge of financial billing systems and debt management practices.
- Experience and knowledge of payroll/HR processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
