Job Title: Asset Finance Administrator

Location: The Arkley Care Home, Barnet Rd, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3LJ

Salary: Up to £26,517 per annum

Contract: Permanent 40 hour contract

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at The Arkley Care Home. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing debt, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales ledgers and credit control.
  2. Manage debt and ensure timely payment from residents and external parties.
  3. Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with financial regulations.
  4. Process employee and payroll-related information.
  5. Support the Home Manager with administrative tasks and maintain well-organized filing systems.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting.
  2. Experience in sales ledger and credit control, with knowledge of financial billing systems and debt management practices.
  3. Experience and knowledge of payroll/HR processes.
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
