Job Title: Asset Finance Administrator

Location: The Arkley Care Home, Barnet Rd, Arkley, Barnet EN5 3LJ

Salary: Up to £26,517 per annum

Contract: Permanent 40 hour contract

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at The Arkley Care Home. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining robust and accurate financial administration processes to ensure the smooth running of the Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely invoicing and payment processing
  2. Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  3. Manage debt collection and reconciliation processes
  4. Process employee and payroll related information
  5. Provide administrative support to the Home Manager

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting
  2. Experience in sales ledger and credit control with an understanding of financial billing systems and debt management practices
  3. Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  5. Caring attitude underpinning the work that you do
