Financial Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, payments, and debt management.
  • Liaise with local and health authorities to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
  • Process employee and payroll-related information, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the Home Manager in maintaining well-organized filing systems and providing clerical assistance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a financial administrator in a similar setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
