About the Role

This is a pivotal position within Mondelēz International, reporting directly to the Senior Director of the EU Shopper Insight Center of Excellence. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement consumer selling stories using advanced data analysis and segmentation techniques.
  • Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on the principles and applications of consumer segmentation, driving actionable insights and growth-oriented strategies.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of social intelligence, uncovering rich cultural trends, snacking moments, and brand identity to inform retail environment strategies.
  • Generate behavior-changing insights and identify effective levers of engagement to drive business impact.
  • Continuously optimize business performance through data-driven decision making, tracking, and learning.
  • Drive action-oriented insights on innovation, communication, and brand growth imperatives to shopper, customer, and net revenue planning teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in using retailer/customer data, shopper insights, and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans, ideally in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • High proficiency in business tools (Excel/PowerPoint) and expertise in data modeling with data visualization tools (Tableau experience a must).
  • In-depth knowledge of analyzing and creating visualizations of large datasets.
  • Experience in presenting to retailer teams and negotiating joint business plans.
  • Strong knowledge and application of market segmentation models.
  • Proven track record of persuasively influencing and aligning key customers and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Able to partner effectively with marketing, sales, and external agencies.
