Job Title: Store Leader

Join River Island, Retail as a Store Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to lead our retail team in Uxbridge. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing profit, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing your team, as well as controlling costs and managing loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and maximize profit through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by leading by example and motivating your team to provide a world-class shopping experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Control costs and manage loss prevention by effectively managing payroll, stock, and other operational aspects of the store.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
