About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching and developing new and existing team members, monitoring their performance and call quality, and identifying areas for improvement.

The Role

Based in our Head Office, you will ensure that all GAP One Account Administrators are fully trained in all aspects of the hire desk role. You will create a GAP One training manual and Personal Development Plans, and assist the Team Leader in improving internal processes.

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a training position, preferably telephone-based customer service. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
