About the Role
The Role
GAP Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Coach to join our team. As a Trainer and Coach, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our GAP One Account Administrators, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a training position, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
