About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team in our Head Office. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GAP One Account Administrators are fully trained in all aspects of the hire desk role.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop new and existing team members
  • Monitor the team's performance and call quality
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement changes
  • Create a GAP One training manual and Personal Development Plans
  • Assist the Team Leader in improving internal processes

About You

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a background in customer service and training. You should have:

  • Previous experience in a training position, preferably telephone-based customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience
