ERP Systems Trainer Job Description

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Systems Trainer to join our team in Glasgow. As an ERP Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all users are proficient in using the new system, thereby facilitating a smooth transition and maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the new solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, both in-person and remotely for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of the end users.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and make improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in software training.
  • Demonstratable proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
  • Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
  • Advantageous to have experience with LS Retail or Microsoft Business Central.
