About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our solicitors and play a vital role in the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our solicitors, including maintaining practice area organization, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate communication with clients and third parties.
  • Input data into our case management system and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with billing, attend team meetings, and prepare bills and narratives for lawyers to sign off on.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including sourcing travel and accommodation, and anticipating important information and documents that fee earners may need whilst travelling.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, including Excel, to prepare spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
  • Enhance IT literacy through training and stay up-to-date with the latest technology.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
  • Willingness to enhance IT literacy through training.
