About the Role

Cobalt Recruitment is working with a large and growing managing agent to find a skilled Maintenance Operative to oversee the upkeep of an estate in West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily visual inspections of the property and report any damage or required repairs to the Area office.
  • Ensure all common parts lighting are in good working order and maintain adequate spares.
  • Conduct regular inspections of health and safety equipment.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide site access to contractors and visitors as needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing grounds and maintenance support within a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
