Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

Role: Maintenance Operations Manager

Location: Wembley, London

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus Bonus

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered, while ensuring the landlord's assets are maintained in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to provide a best-in-class building and maintenance management service.
  • Manage and coordinate the workload of the Maintenance department to deliver the highest quality of customer service.
  • Ensure the effective use of tech/software systems to aid with department activities.
  • Manage maintenance works in the landlord areas to ensure the entire building's maintenance needs are fulfilled.
  • Lead and cover the Maintenance department from time to time in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
About You:
  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office and associated software packages.
  • Resilient and able to work in a high pressured environment.
  • Proven track record of implementation and execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Highly strategic with a proven track record within the Maintenance field.
  • Excellent customer service capabilities and well presented, emotionally intelligent.
  • Proven experience in relevant Building Services roles along with technical, hands-on experience.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of managing contractors and facilities/maintenance related management contracts.
