We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered, while also managing and coordinating the workload of the maintenance department in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to provide a best-in-class building and maintenance management service.
  • Manage and coordinate the workload of the maintenance department to ensure efficient and consistent execution of works and activities.
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of customer service are consistently delivered to both internal and external customers.
  • Manage maintenance works in the landlord areas to ensure the entire building's maintenance needs are fulfilled.
  • Lead and cover the Maintenance department from time to time in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.

About You:

  • IT literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office and associated software packages.
  • Resilient and able to work in a high-pressure environment, with a proven track record of implementation and execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Highly strategic with a proven track record within the maintenance field, with excellent customer service capabilities and a well-presented, emotionally intelligent approach.
  • Proven experience in relevant building services roles, along with technical, hands-on experience.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of managing contractors and facilities/maintenance-related management contracts.
