About the Role:

The Chief of Staff for the WW Compute Category Management and Compute/HVS is a critical position that defines and manages the product offering, positioning, and pricing across the product life cycle of a given portfolio. This role guides the direct/indirect sales teams on product-related dimensions, communicates, briefs, and supports direct and indirect sales forces on product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marketing, operational, and financial aspects of assigned product grouping/segment (e.g., US Commercial Notebooks).
  • Develop and lead cross-functional go-to-market teams to support daily execution of marketing, operational, and financial activities.
  • Develop strategy with field sales teams, sales management, and other key category stakeholders on programs and product positioning to win business.
  • Build financially sound, executable, data-driven business strategies that align with the overall revenue growth strategy.
  • Drive Program Management governance with operational rigor across functional interlocks; own executive-level summaries.
  • Identify short-term, low-hanging fruit items and get them addressed cross-functionally to remove friction, increase efficiency, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • University or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in managing a local team.
  • P&L management experience.
  • Strong financial and operational capabilities.
