About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief-of-Staff to join our team at Private Equity Insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team to support the execution of our business strategy.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.
  • Conference Planning: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints.
  • Brand Development: Develop our company's brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
  • Strategic Planning: Execute the strategy at a rapid pace and ensure the successful execution of our business plan.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in a fast-paced business environment, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, or a top-tier corporate or start-up.
  • Bachelor's degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • UK, EU, or US work permit.
