About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator Senior to join our team at Sonderwell. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the management of caseloads, ensuring an expert approach to filling packages and allocating carers to meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement effective rota management strategies to ensure consistent and quality-focused care delivery.
  • Utilize our internal system to allocate and coordinate carers, track client hours, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct live call monitoring and provide first-point-of-contact support for day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor carers, addressing performance issues and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team to review pipelines, conduct quality competency interviews, and facilitate successful placements.
  • Lead on promoting a supportive and collaborative working environment, fostering effective collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in a care or health environment, ideally in a senior support or coordination capacity.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proven ability to work at a senior level with the care sector, complying with internal policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility, pragmatism, and a calm and professional approach to handling resource allocation and queries.
