Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Distribution Centre team as a Warehouse Operative. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for picking, assembling, packing, and shipping of product orders, ensuring agreed service levels are always exceeded for all customers across the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities
  • To pick, pack, and ship customer orders within agreed service levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • To ensure all orders are packaged in an appropriate manner, meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • To verify that orders are dispatched with correct parts and quantities, and that all product documentation is completed correctly and to compliant standards.
  • To utilize mobile devices to pick orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, quality, and compliance of all customer orders.
  • To monitor stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy and reporting any stock discrepancies.
  • To proactively raise any noted quality defects and inaccuracies to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • To ensure that all stock is stored in an appropriate condition, particularly with regards to the integrity of sterile parts and electromagnetic sensitivities.
  • To be an active team member, supporting the general upkeep and tidiness of the warehouse.
  • To engage and participate in health and safety and continuous improvement schemes.
